Supplier portal now open - please log in!
If you are a supplier your nominated RISQS contact should now log in to check your data is correct and complete and you will then be ready for go live on May 1st.
RISQS have attempted to make your transition as effortless as possible, minimising your input by preloading as much of your data as was accessible from the PDFs provided. This has significantly reduced the burden on suppliers but there will be information you need to add, and you should now carefully check, complete and correct your profile as required.
Although the new platform has been built to be intuitive we will be working closely with members in the next couple of months to provide easy-to-follow training and tutorials, and in April we will be hosting a nationwide series of surgeries for any members who would like further face-to-face help with using the new platform or the audit service.
The surgeries – to be held in Glasgow, Doncaster, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and London - will offer members the opportunity to book slots to learn more about using and getting the most from the new software platform; audits - the protocol, booking process and practitioners; and general scheme enquiries and information. Details of the surgeries and booking links will be sent to you in February.
Graeme Cox, RSSB Head of Supplier Assurance, said: “We want to ensure that every member is not only ready for the enhanced RISQS scheme when it goes live in May, but understands how to use the significant improvements to the system and to drive business development.
“Whilst we will be providing user guides, information and online training materials in the next couple of months, and members can now log in to the intuitive new platform to try it for themselves, we also want to offer you the chance for face-to-face help and support close to your business by bringing the surgeries to your region.”
